Join internationally recognized textile artist Elin Noble for an immersive exploration of indigo dyeing, where tradition meets contemporary artistry. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll discover the magic of indigo vats, learning the fundamentals of preparing, maintaining, and dyeing with this iconic natural blue.
Elin will guide participants through various resist-dyeing techniques, including folding, clamping, stitching, and binding, to create stunning patterns and layered effects. Whether you're new to indigo or looking to refine your skills, this workshop provides a unique opportunity to learn from a master dyer in a supportive, creative environment.
All materials are provided, and participants will leave with their own beautifully dyed fabrics and the knowledge to continue working with indigo at home.
No prior experience necessary—just bring your curiosity and willingness to experiment!
